Make a cheer-up chart.  Write down at least one good thing that happens to you each day.  some days it may be as silly as "At least an elephant didn't sit on me today!"

Talk to new patients and try to help them out.   Fill them in on your hospital and the staff.

Write a fan letter to your favorite singer, actor, athlete, or artist.  Or if you've met kids you admire who've been through a transplant, drop them a line.
